1. Data controller

The party responsible for data processing on this website is the operator named in the imprint.

2. Hosting and server log files

This website is operated by an external hosting provider (Servertown, Switzerland). When you visit the site, the web server processes technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, date and time of access, page requested, browser type) in so-called log files. This data is required for the secure operation of the website and is not combined with any other data sources.

3. No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or advertising trackers, and embeds no fonts or scripts from third-party servers. All fonts and scripts are served from our own server.

4. YouTube videos (click-to-load)

Flowstate Radio's live streams are broadcast via YouTube. On this website, the videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com) – in such a way that no connection to YouTube is established when you merely open the page. Only when you actively click the play button is the YouTube player loaded. From that point on, YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) processes personal data according to its own policies. Your click on the play button counts as consent to loading the YouTube player for the current session.

5. Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process the information you provide solely to handle your request. The data is not shared with anyone and is deleted as soon as it is no longer needed to process your request.

6. On-air bookings and payment (Stripe)

If you book a dedication, listener classified, audio spot or day sponsorship via our booking forms, we process the data you enter (the entry text, your chosen station and time, and your email address) solely to perform the booking: review, production, broadcast, and the confirmation and proof-of-airing emails. This data is transmitted to our order server and is not used for anything else.

Payment is processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (Ireland) on Stripe's own hosted checkout page, which you are redirected to — no payment script is embedded on this website, and your card or TWINT details never reach our servers. Stripe processes your payment data as an independent controller according to its own privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy. We receive only a payment confirmation and reference, never card numbers.

7. Your rights

You have the right to obtain information about your stored personal data, as well as the right to rectification, erasure and restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, please use the contact address given in the imprint.

8. Changes

This privacy policy will be updated as soon as new features (e.g. a newsletter or contact form) are added.
