Booking Terms
For on-air bookings on flowstateradio.net: dedications, listener classifieds, audio spots and day sponsorships. Version 2026-08 (draft).
1. What you're buying
You book a short spoken entry (dedication or listener classified), an audio spot campaign, or a day sponsorship on one of Flowstate Radio's live streams. We describe placement honestly: entries air within a chosen block, spots are spread across the day and placed where the music allows it — never at an exact clock time. A sponsor logo goes on air with the next scheduled overnight restart of the stream, normally the following night — never immediately. Blocks with too few entries can be moved to the next block; you'll be told the new time by email.
2. Review and our right to decline
Every entry and every spot is read by a person before it goes out. We may decline any booking without giving detailed reasons. If we decline, you automatically receive a full refund — nothing to claim, no questions asked.
3. Dedications: the person you name
Dedications may name a person by first name or nickname only. By booking, you confirm that you know this person and have their permission to mention them by name on a public live stream. Responsibility for this rests with you, the buyer. If you are the person named in a dedication and would rather it hadn't aired, contact us at the address in the imprint — we will respond and, where appropriate, remove the entry from any later use.
4. What we can't put on air
These limits are part of the contract. If your entry crosses one of them, it won't run and you get a full refund.
- No phone numbers or any digits in the contact field. Spoken numbers are hard to catch on a stream people leave running while they work.
- First names or nicknames only. No surnames, no addresses, no birth dates, no school or workplace of the person you're greeting.
- Nothing about a third person's health, relationships, or money.
- No insults, no abuse, no digs at someone. A dedication is for someone, not against them.
- No advertising dressed up as a dedication. If your entry names a business, book a listener classified or an audio spot instead.
- No gambling, alcohol, adult content, weapons, medicines, health claims, crypto or investment offers, politics or religion.
- No links except a plain website or email address.
- Nothing about a child that could identify them. If you're greeting someone under 18, use a first name only and nothing else that would let a stranger find them.
5. Your responsibility for content
You are responsible for the content you submit — including trademarks, accuracy, and the legality of anything you offer or advertise. We broadcast your words; we don't verify your goods or services.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- You can cancel a dedication or classified until booking for its block closes (60 minutes before the block starts), and a spot booking until it has been approved for production — with a full refund. The cancellation link is in your confirmation email.
- If we decline your entry, or a block is cancelled without replacement, you receive a full refund automatically.
- After broadcast there is no refund — the service has been performed.
- By completing checkout you agree that we perform the service before any statutory withdrawal period would end; where such a right exists, it lapses with full performance.
7. Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe on Stripe's hosted checkout page. Your payment details never reach our servers. Prices are shown in the currency you choose on the booking page — US dollars, euros or Swiss francs (TWINT is available when you pay in Swiss francs); the binding amount is the one shown on the payment page.
8. Data protection
We process the form data you enter solely to perform the booking (review, production, broadcast, proof-of-airing email). Stripe processes your payment data as an independent provider. Details in the Privacy Policy.
9. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered seat (Engelburg SG, Switzerland). The operator is named in the imprint.
